great location helpful staff quiet rooms
I was really happy with the location. It was awesome! the front desk super nice team, and the rooms were quiet, which i loved. the beds felt very comfortable. i'll definitely consider staying here again in the future!

the staff were personable and professional, amazing. pablo and ester provided really great care. the wine hour felt leisurely and friendly, a great touch that created a very cute atmosphere.

the shower was powerful with fluffy towels, and i really enjoyed the molten brown toiletries. there were generous dispensers of hand or body wash, hand cream, shampoo, and conditioner. the usb ports and well-positioned sockets added great convenience.

Cozy Stay in Vibrant Soho
really good warmth anniversary gift convenient location short walk
The staff greeted us with really good warmth and attentiveness (always a plus!). Upon arrival, my husband and I discovered a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. It was a sweet anniversary gift, alongside a handwritten card from the hotel. The location was very convenient, a short walk from the theaters and shopping areas.
The gym was smaller than I expected, having only a few pieces of equipment.

The staff was very helpful during check-in. Reception offers complimentary wine from 6-7 pm each evening. I appreciated this extra touch, especially after a long day of exploring.

superb location dining choice mini kitchenette dining tip
The hotel had a SUPERB location near multiple tube lines. Countless dining choices are within easy reach. shopping and museums are also close, providing access to central areas. i found the mini kitchenette useful. Front desk staff offered fantastic dining tips. it.
i did notice the rooms were quite small.

Okay stay in a busy area
convenient location helpful staff comfortable room hard mattress small room no breakfast
the location is very convenient short walks took me to train stations. i found the staff were nice and helpful at all times. the rooms were nice and neat it was a good experience.
the mattress in my room was quite hard i found it difficult to get comfortable. the room was much smaller than i expected from the description. there was no included breakfast i thought the value for money wasn't great.

I loved the location. It was very central. i could walk to different underground stations. my room HAD a microwave, refrigerator, and dishes, so convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful.
